We help the construction industry grow stronger from the inside out.

INSIDE Coaching is a specialist leadership development practice supporting mums, returners and future leaders across the built environment. We partner with forward-thinking construction businesses to deliver CITB-funded training, inclusive coaching and bespoke development programmes that build internal capability, retain talent and drive cultural change.

INSIDE Coaching are proud to be a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO). Specialising in leadership and management skills training for mums in construction. To become an ATO organisations have to complete CITB's approval process.

When you book a course with us, we update the Construction Training Register and you receive a grant contribution towards the cost of the training direct from the CITB. You can find our list of courses here.

What is the Construction Training Register (CTR)

The Construction Training Register is an online database of construction workers that employers can access to check their achievements. This is where training providers upload achievements following course completion.

What is the Construction Training Directory (CTD)

The Construction Training Directory (CTD) is where customers can search for training courses that are scheduled to be delivered by Approved Training Organisations. You can find our listing here

Who we are

Led by Suzanne, an experienced leadership coach and mum in the midst of school runs, screen time battles and parent WhatsApp chats.

INSIDE is a coaching and consultancy practice rooted in the transformational experience of matrescence — the often-overlooked identity shift into motherhood. Our work is grounded in research, lived experience, and a deep belief that when we support mums well, we build stronger teams, healthier workplaces and more human leadership at every level.
