MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

Statement under Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for Suzanne Lindsay Coaching.
2024/25
1: About this Statement
Suzanne Lindsay Coaching is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain, we expect the same high standards from our suppliers and customers.
Should any evidence be found we will not hesitate to take appropriate immediate action.
2: About us
Suzanne Lindsay Coaching is a UK based Micro Enterprise delivering coaching, training and facilitation services to businesses and individuals based in the UK. We have an annual turnover of less than £36m. Therefore, we make this statement voluntarily as it is important to us to show that our business and everyone connected with it will not tolerate human trafficking or modern slavery.
3: About our Policies
We believe combating modern slavery and working ethically starts with us. Suzanne has a range of policies and procedures and company values in place to support this including:
-
No forced labour is used
-
Any associate coaches or freelance employees are paid a fair wage
-
We seek to treat everyone fairly and consistently, creating a workplace and business environment that is open, transparent and trusted.
4: About our Supply Chain
Whilst we consider our exposure to slavery/human trafficking to be relatively limited, we recognise that our business is exposed to greater risk when dealing with suppliers, particularly those who have operations/suppliers in other countries. We will manage and mitigate these risks by:
• Informing all companies that we do business within the bounds of this policy;
• Seeking confirmation, from existing suppliers, that they comply with the Act;
• Inserting a specific compliance clause into all new supplier contracts.
If a risk was identified in a potential new supplier, we would not commence activity until reassurances were met.
Should evidence of slavery or human trafficking come to light with an existing supplier (or customer) we would enforce zero tolerance and immediately seek to terminate the relationship.
